Mind: cockpit controls and instruments are delicate equipment intended for careful private use. Damage or functional failures as a result of negligent or careless handling of these equipment, or as a result of commercial application will not qualify for any warranty.
VERY IMPORTANT: The radios are with BLACK FRONT, RED DIGITS and WARM WHITE BACKLITE.
The CAV-ADF is a replica of the Collins radio module that is used to tune in the ADF frequency. It connects with the GSA-55 interface and reads/writes data directly from Flight Simulator or X-plane. The COM radio can be set to any ADF frequency in our software.
The radio has 2 sets of display, one for the active frequency and one for the Standby frequency. these are tuned in by a dual rotary encoder and a transfer switch toggles between ACT and STBY frequency.
A MEM button can store up to 10 frequencies along your flight.
A TEST button lights up all the LED segments.
You will need the GSA-55 to connect the gauge to the simulator.
