The MiG-23MF was the export version of the MiG-23M, which was delivered to the Soviet Air Force and the MF version was intended for the Warsaw Pact states. It is characterized as a light front fighter aircraft designed to defeat airborne domination over the battlefield as well as overcurrent prosecution in carrying out PVOS tasks, besides being able to perform attacks on ground targets. The MiG-23M was the first Soviet fighter capable of attacking the opponent beyond the boundary of visual contact and the background of the earth under all weather conditions. According to many experts, she was superior to Phantom II in all performance parameters and in the effectiveness of the equipment, which, however, can be discussed. The book describes this machine, its equipment, overtaking our pilots, and the service of these machines until they were disembarked.
